Make capture cheaper than distraction

New Note vs Capture
New Note is best for writing in place. Capture (from Notes) supports Write, Paste, Import, Web paste, and Idea modes, and can land notes in Inbox status for later review.
Web capture is paste-based: MemoBraid does not silently scrape arbitrary sites through CORS. Paste the URL plus the text you care about.
A healthy inbox rule
Inbox is a waiting room, not a landfill. If an item is trash, delete it. If it is durable, mark it organized or leave it active in Notes. Weekly cleanup beats daily guilt.

Should every capture become a permanent note?
No. Capture liberally, delete freely. A second brain stays useful when noise can leave.
Can I capture from my phone browser?
If you open MemoBraid in that browser, notes store in that browser profile. There is no automatic cross-device sync.
Does Voice capture record audio?
The Voice starter on a blank note inserts text scaffolding only. It does not record microphone audio.
